Author Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines carefully when preparing your manuscript for submission to NIJAMSS.
Manuscript Types
NIJAMSS accepts the following types of manuscripts:
- Original Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Short Communications
- Case Reports
- Policy Papers
- Commentaries
Formatting Requirements
Manuscripts must be written in English. Use Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced. Margins: 1 inch on all sides. Include title page, abstract (150–300 words), keywords (4–6), main text, references. Maximum word count: 8,000 words (including references).
Abstract and Keywords
Provide a structured abstract of 150–300 words. Include 4–6 relevant keywords that accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
Tables and Figures
Tables and figures should be embedded within the text with proper captions. Ensure all figures are high-resolution and tables are clear and readable.
Referencing Style
Use APA 7th Edition referencing style throughout the manuscript. Ensure all sources are properly cited and listed in the references section.
Ethical Approval and Consent
All research involving human subjects must have IRB/Ethics Committee approval. Informed consent must be obtained and documented. Animal studies must comply with institutional and national guidelines.
Conflict of Interest
Authors must declare any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work. Include a conflict of interest statement in the manuscript.
Funding Statement
Authors should include a funding statement indicating the sources of financial support for the research, if any.
Submission Checklist
Ensure all required sections are included, references are complete, figures/tables are properly formatted, and the manuscript adheres to all formatting requirements before submission.

Authors retain copyright of their published work. By submitting to NIJAMSS, authors grant the journal a license to publish under CC BY 4.0.
